To ensure your banner reflects your style and theme perfectly, we welcome questions, inspiration photos, or invitations for coordination. Simply use the form on our website with the optional file uploader.
Standard turnaround times are 4 weeks, but for those needing their banner sooner, we offer rush order options with approval via message, as these are limited monthly. The cost of a rush order is $25. At times of high demand the turn around may become longer. Current times can be found at the top of the home page. For more information about our process, please refer to our FAQ section.

All banners are carefully rolled and shipped in a cylinder tube to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. UPS is our primary shipping partner. We are unable to ship to a PO Box, so please ensure you use a standard postal address when ordering.
The standard turn around is typically 4-5 weeks. At times of high demand it may become longer. This will be updated in the header of our main webpage. Please feel free to contact us regarding date availability. We offer a limited number of rush orders each month. This can be found as an add-on item for each individual listing.
Yes, rush orders are available on a limited basis and must be approved before placing your order. The rush order add-on costs an additional $25. If an order is placed for a timeframe shorter than our standard 4 weeks without an approved rush order, the order will be canceled or will require the rush fee to be paid separately.
We do not offer refunds for failure to check turnaround times prior to ordering. Store credit will be issued and is redeemable for up to 1 year.
While we cannot control shipping carrier delays, if your item is delayed or damaged, we will file a claim with UPS on your behalf. Confetti Nashville is not responsible for issues arising from a shipping carrier. Please reach out with any issues or concerns and we will be happy to help.
We offer brown paper banners in both 28 and 35 inches wide. White paper is offered in 36 inches. Standard banner lengths are 4-7 feet, with prices varying depending on size and graphic options. For longer or double names and phrases, we recommend a minimum of 5 feet. Please contact us if you’d like to place an order for more than 7 feet in length.
If you place your order in advance, we typically wait to ship it closer to your event time. If you would like it shipped sooner, please indicate this in the order notes.
Waiting until closer to the event helps prevent banners from being rolled for an extended period of time making them harder to hang.
Yes, every order includes a digital mock-up for your approval before we begin painting. If confirmation isn’t received, we’ll proceed with the best option we see fit.
Mockups will be sent no later than 1-2 weeks prior to shipment.
Please note that all banner mockups are digital representations. As each banner is hand-painted, there may be slight variations between the mockup and the finished product. We strive to ensure the final design closely matches the mockup, but small differences are part of the handmade process and add to the unique charm of each piece.
We recommend a flat wall space for the best results. It‘s best to measure your ideal area so you know what size will look best in your space.
For indoor wall surfaces we recommend a durable painters tape. Frog tape on Amazon is great! For outdoor surfaces Gorilla or Duct tape is best.

There are other creative ways to use a banner without hanging directly on the wall! Large pieces of foam/display board can be taped together as a backing and the banner can be secured to that. Those are able to be leaned up against a wall or table.

Yes! We can make any banner vertical instead of the standard horizontal style. Please specify that in the personalization details when ordering.
We also offer white or black paper. Please specify your request in the personalization details when ordering. Please note that white and black paper is not quite as thick or durable as the standard brown paper.

1. Refunds and Exchanges:
We regret to inform you that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on our custom hand-painted banners. Each order is carefully crafted to your specifications, and every banner is unique to you. Therefore, it’s crucial to review all details, including mock ups, turnaround times and estimated shipping dates, before placing your order.
2. Turnaround Times and Estimated Shipping Dates:
It is essential to check the turnaround times and estimated shipping dates before placing your order. Standard turn around is 4 weeks. This can become longer at times of high demand. We recommend checking current turn around at the top of the homepage, or by emailing us. Additionally, the estimated delivery date will be provided when adding the item to your cart. Since we can only accommodate a limited number of orders each month, every order takes up a slot in our production schedule. Failure to check turnaround times may result in delays, and we cannot issue refunds for orders placed without prior knowledge of our production schedule.
3. Cancellations and Store Credit:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for order cancellations. In such cases, we offer store credit valid for one year from the cancellation date. Please note that cancellations must be made before the production process begins.
4. Shipping Carrier Issues:
In the event of shipping carrier issues, such as delays or losses, we will file a claim on your behalf. If a refund is granted by the shipping carrier, it will be applied to your original payment method.
5. Digital Mockups:
Prior to painting your banner, we will send you a digital mockup for your approval. It’s crucial to review the mockup carefully, checking for spelling errors and any desired changes. If we do not receive confirmation of the mockup, we will proceed with the best option we see fit based on your provided details.
6. Rush Orders:
Rush orders are available on a limited basis and may incur additional fees. Orders requested before the current turnaround time will require the “Rush My Order” add-on, which can be found as an add on for each listing. Rush orders are priced at $25.
